It's been quite some time since we last saw one another, some even from the day we graduated! One will realised that life's pretty amazing and unpredictable when you start catching up with long lost pals. Surprisingly, none of us really changed in terms of looks - well, maybe 1-2 guys looked abit 'worn' out; some signs of decreased hair quantity... It's not nice for me to say THE "B" word as I was told that particular topic is a really sensitive topic for guys, just like for girls it's definitely the weight issue...
Just prior to our little gathering, 1 of them heard from another UniMate that I was gonna get hitched this year as he read my blog. So most of them were questioning me last Saturday.
MK: Wah, it’s just hard to believe that you are settling down this yr!
Me: What’s so hard to believe? I’m not 24 you know!
MK: But still.. From what I recall, you were pretty wild in Uni... so we never thought u would settle down at this age . . . .
Me: ha-ha.

Ok, let me put this straight once and for all. I’m not wild, really. It’s just an eye-opener when you reach a certain age, that you just have the curiosity to explore life in a different way. Otherwise it’ll just be mundane and you will not learn how to progress in life. But 1 important thing one should know is your limit. There's always a limit.
It’s just like when a baby starts learning how to walk, they’ll be walking here and there and everywhere! And it’ll just strike you one day when you are older that you want to take the escalator, the lift, cab, bus, etc because it’s just too tiring to walk that much.
